Direct relationships with tanneries in Guangdong and Zhejiang allow us to secure full-grain hides, vegetable-tanned sides, and custom electroplated brass hardware with total batch transparency and zero intermediary markups.

Every incoming hide undergoes tactile surface inspection under balanced daylight to ensure uniform grain density and eliminate natural flank elasticity from critical structural panels.
Component edges are bevelled to tenth-of-a-millimetre tolerances before folding, maintaining delicate outer silhouettes while reinforcing handle anchor points and load seams internally.
Raw leather perimeters receive three successive coats of bespoke edge paint, hand-sanded between applications and heat-burnished to prevent cracking under daily wear.
Solid brass turnlocks, D-rings, and zipper pulls undergo cycle tension tests and salt-mist exposure to ensure multi-year corrosion resistance across humid export markets.
